If you have received a summons, a proposed payment arrangement has been set up on your behalf as shown on the front of the summons.

If you cannot pay the proposed payment arrangement or if you are struggling to pay your council tax you should contact us straight away.
Before you get in touch, you need to work out how much you can offer to pay us.
List all the money you have coming into your household, and then list all of bills that you have to pay.
- Your rent and mortgage are the most important bills.
- Council Tax payments take priority over debts such as credit cards, catalogues and loans.
