Council Tax: how to pay

Direct debit

We recommend that you pay your Council Tax by direct debit because it is the easiest way.

It is also the only payment method that gives you a choice of payment dates - choose to pay on the 5th, 15th or 23rd or last day of the month.

The quickest way to set up a direct debit is to complete the online direct debit request.
